Grace Haven was born from a simple desire: to create a safe, gentle space where people can breathe again, reconnect with God’s truth, and rediscover who they were created to be. What began as one woman’s healing journey has grown into a ministry of restoration, reflection, and hope.

Here, we walk with you — not as experts standing above, but as companions beside you — offering resources, teachings, and creative tools that help you move from heaviness into wholeness. Every part of Grace Haven is designed to feel like a soft landing place for your soul.

Grace Haven was born from my own journey of healing, and my mission is simple: to offer others the same gentle space God offered me. Through words, reflection, and Spirit‑led guidance, I help people find clarity, comfort, and renewed strength.

I envision a world where people feel safe to slow down, breathe deeply, and grow at a pace that honors their story. A world where healing is not rushed, identity is restored, and every person knows they are seen, heard, and deeply loved by God.

Our team

Grace Haven is a mother‑and‑son ministry shaped by personal healing and a shared desire to help others find restoration. Victoria writes and creates the resources that anchor the work, while her son Mark Tocco leads the Restoration Journey program with strength, empathy, and a heart for those walking through recovery. Together, they offer a safe, Spirit‑led path toward wholeness.

Victoria's heart for Grace Haven was shaped through her own journey of loss, healing, and restoration. Her lived experience has given her a deep well of empathy, compassion, and spiritual insight for those walking through difficult seasons.

She has completed coursework in counseling, studied psychology extensively, and gained meaningful understanding of human behavior through years of observation, reflection, and personal growth. While she did not pursue a formal counseling degree, her combination of life experience, study, and Spirit-led discernment equips her to walk gently and wisely with others.

Victoria is gifted at creating emotionally safe, nurturing spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. She co-leads the Restoration Journey program with a focus on healing, identity, and spiritual renewal.

Mark's testimony is one of profound redemption and restoration. His personal journey through darkness and into God's light has given him a deep understanding of what it means to be transformed by grace. This lived experience of restoration is the heartbeat of everything he does at Grace Haven.

A Marine Corps veteran, Mark has spent years serving others in various capacities—through church ministry, supporting fellow veterans, walking alongside those struggling with addiction, and providing compassionate counseling. His background has equipped him with both strength and sensitivity, allowing him to meet people where they are with genuine understanding and hope.

Mark's approach is Spirit-led and deeply authentic. He believes that true healing happens when people encounter both the truth of God's Word and the genuine compassion of a community that truly cares. He refuses to offer quick fixes or surface-level answers, instead walking the long, redemptive journey with those who are seeking restoration.

As co-founder and primary facilitator of the Restoration Journey program, Mark creates a safe space where participants can explore their pain, encounter God's grace, and discover their identity in Christ. His teaching is grounded in Scripture, informed by his experience, and delivered with the compassion of someone who has walked through the valley himself.
